Saver Telecoms has a dedicated compliance manager, is contactable either by mail
marked FAO compliance or by phone on +44 (0)1895 27 27 22.
Every customer has a right to air any grievances caused and Saver Telecoms will
respond appropriately and take any necessary action to help resolve any issues quickly
The compliance manager will ensure that Saver Telecoms has been fully compliant
with any relevant laws and will try and negotiate and resolve any disputes to the
satisfaction of all parties.
Saver Telecoms will undertake to respond to a telephone or E mail enquiry by the
end of the next working day and within five working days for a postal response.
If we cannot solve any issues there are other avenues open to you which we will
inform you of if the need arises such as Ofcom or Ombudsman Services which is the
Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) service Saver Telecoms are members of.
